Welcome to Latina’s Tinting, a locally owned business based in Texas, dedicated to providing professional, personalized, and affordable window tinting services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website [www.latinastinting.com] (the “Site”) and the services we offer through it.

By accessing and using our Site, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the Site or our services.

1. About Us
Founded in January 2021, Latina’s Tinting was created with a commitment to delivering high-quality tinting services at affordable prices, with personalized attention. With over four years of experience, we’ve grown throughout the Texas Panhandle while staying true to our values: honesty, responsibility, innovation, and respect.

We operate from our physical location inside the Parkway Ford dealership at 123 N. Hobart St, Pampa, TX 79065, and also offer mobile services within the region.

2. Services Offered
Our available services include, but are not limited to:

  • Automotive Tinting: Enhances your vehicle’s appearance, reduces heat, and blocks UV rays. Mobile installations are available for garages.
  • Residential Tinting: Solutions to reduce energy costs and protect home interiors.
  • Commercial Tinting: Improves efficiency and privacy in offices, stores, and restaurants.
  • Industrial Tinting: Applied to tractors, cranes, trailers, and machinery.
  • Additional Services: Windshield tinting, custom sun strips, deep glass cleaning, and old tint removal.

For mobile services, the client must provide a closed space with access to electricity and water.

3. Gift Cards
Latina’s Tinting offers digital gift cards available for purchase through the Site:

  • Valid only for services offered by Latina’s Tinting.
  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • The balance can be used across multiple transactions until fully spent.
  • The customer is responsible for the security of the card once purchased.
  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Appointments can be scheduled online or through direct contact.
  • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
  • Refunds or rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If we are unable to fulfill a service due to circumstances beyond your control (e.g., extreme weather, technical issues), we will offer a free rescheduling.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We accept payments via debit/credit cards and other methods available on the Site.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design, etc.) is the property of Latina’s Tinting or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
